		<description>I think you should always check your grammar, articles shouldn&#039;t only be interesting but also be written in the correct form of grammar. I saw again (simple) mistakes like &quot;This also refer to ideas and works which is publicly available&quot;, because the word &quot;This&quot; is singular the verb &quot;refer&quot; should also be in singular form &quot;refers&quot;. The correct sentence should be &quot;This also refers to ideas and works which is publicly available&quot;. Again, remember the rule that the verb always agrees with it&#039;s subject in person and in number.</description>
