A kind teacher is concern about what people say. Another one, a teacher is dealing, communicating to hundreds of students a day (hundreds of specific problems a day) that gives stressful information. A dedicated teacher advised an student in Thesis and feel regrets and sorry if the student fails on it. Teachers also having a boss and superior authority such as Deans, Program heads, University officials that give policies and most pressures of the day. Reading alone just to prepare the lesson for the next day, approximately preparing more hours for a just a single hour discussion. There is a discouragement when student is not learning, likewise there is a happiness when student understand the lesson. But most student's don't... Solving lesson problems, case studies, student's concern every day and not contented if the problem is not done. Because of Dealing with more people, a teacher might be dealing with more enemies (or back fights) than with more good once, these are colleagues, parents, students and others. Teachers prefer to have a rest time after teaching gives a lot of stress. Teachers are also the same as you to have personal problems...

So if you have a friend who is a teacher, you might experience unexpected silence or problematic situational looks because of thinking many problems having in there minds. Some teachers became hot temper that might lead to demanding acts and terror speaks because at school they practice leading to students. Some teachers are kind, but they receive more problems from student such as abusing the kindness of a teacher. They cannot secretly keep the problems in school, because they are also humans and they also made mistakes. So if your teacher is your friend, you must understand them. Many good teacher tries to readjust outside school, but since they are also human, they still find it hard to do.

Honestly for me, when people call me "Sir" outside, I just remember all the problems inside school. A lowly teacher don't like to be call as "Sir" outside school, and don't like to feel he will always be a teacher, but also as friend...

I know I was a good boy when I was young,  but everything gone wrong at my late elementary times, I was at my teenage when I was exposed with worldly wrong morals, since my early elementary stay time was more in the Public Market of  town, I was addicted to electronic games and associated with people who don't know morals. I tried to change things as soon as I can but those memories still cannot been remove in my head. I was in my late high school when I try to fix everything morally. But another hindrances followed its way. When I was at my late college when I started a very small business, that time I was also exposed in the worldly goal of money, that leads me to different plans. I also handled different kinds of high position that affects my dealing with others after graduating in college.  

Without everybody's knowledge, I struggle to readjust my self. I stop my higher education, refuse to work abroad, living with more financial savings, and adjust my conduct. Before, I don't know what should I do but I know I would be okay when I change my path in my life. But too many challenges still happen, too many individuals are affected, sadly even my close friends. Few years ago, I started to readjust, I started changing my life by moving closer to my family, I also made a very big adjustment on my spirituality and my way of living. It is very hard to do at first, especially what you are doing seems new to you. But as time goes by, this readjustments leads me to more blessing that even this world cannot offer. My worldly position destroy my relationship with my friends, since you practice subordination in the organization, it really affects also those in the outside that makes you more demanding. So to readjust, I never accept high positions anymore, I started to love people around me, I more treated them as a friend rather than subordinates with demanding acts. I also live simply. Yes! It is very possible to readjust, pray for help because it is the most important thing you should do, being closer to our Grand Creator. I know the best for me and my priorities, but even this time, I feel always very sorry for those I hurt in the previous years of my life, If only I could return back the time... but all I can say is "sorry", but it would be very useless, since I already hurt them. I am sorry, sorry for the person I became, I really hates who I've been.

Identifying the causes helps a lot. Fixing is another way. There are some causes to start your day wrong. In this way it is much better to ignore them. Despite you tried to communicate well, it is useless, to avoid more causes (if it is getting worst), you should ignore. When others has no more respect with you, think that others need you most. But of course, never run the problem, you need to face it because we are living in reality, but in a good time when you are prepared to know more solutions.

Well I have a really bad night yesterday, I sleep late which I didn't choose to do. I know what to do now, I need big readjustments. Changing email, numbers (again), and abandon other accounts will help. Take good care of yourself...

If you apply for a SMART Bro Canopy before July 12, 2011 and on or after September 16 2011, your internet connection is 2Mbps. While if you apply for the connection on the range date of June 13, 2011 to September 15, 2011, too bad that you are signing a contract with 1Mpbs. In this regard those subscriber applied in different dates has different connection too, and SMART will based your connection from the contract used. Another one, old motorola canopy with a limit of 1Mbps cannot be upgraded to 2Mbps even the ISP will provide higher connection, they need to replace the canopy first to fit the upgraded connection if ever. Some 7Mbps motorola canopy cannot received 2Mbps if it is capped by the ISP therefore they can upgrade the connection speed if the ISP will permit.

Just a comment, when upgrading the ISP system, it is also important that all subcriber paying the same amount will received the same connection even upon request by subscriber. This is all about fair and equal service to all customers. In the meantime, those who are shoot in 1Mbps cannot upgrade to 2Mbps, but hope this appeal would hear by SMART Telecommunications because this is just a common sense. Lastly hope those pity subscribers who applied last June 13, 2011 to September 15, 2011 will also received 2Mbps speed same with the others. Anyway, I will talk to the reliable source from smart if it is possible for an upgrade for those receiving the said connection, i'll blog it again if result is good, but i'll ignore if it is not...
