Decisions On Your Career – Be Wise

This time I made a difficult decision. Before this I already made decisions about my career two years ago. When I was still in my second year of my current career, I face the decision of stepping into higher position or staying in the lower position. That decision was repeated for many times. Let me just share to you how did I came out with my decisions. It is very hard to choose, especially when there is always good offer, but you need to consider a lot of things and think many times before you decide. When I was offered a higher position that will give me better career development, and of course authority and leadership to subordinates that will give my name a prestige. I think of it many times before I will accept it. But my decision is "not to accept any changes on my position", so I would remain in a lower position and subject myself to whoever authority that may lead.

Let me just tell you the little story, it was 2008 and my boss was terminated for a reason, I know that I am next in line. It is my second time to become the Officer In Charge of the higher position, I also know that It is my biggest change to have the position. But when I consider that a lot of things will be sacrifice like: 1. My Time would be less, 2. My Good Relationship with my students might put a bigger gap, 3. My Friends might be ignored 4. My Lonely Heart might not be cured (only in that time), 5. And the most important, is my Spirituality and Christian meetings might be sacrificed. 6. My Time with my family will be lessen 7. and other things. I am not thinking negatively, but I also look at positive like: 1. I would be having a better salary, 2. I would be having a high profile name, 3. I would be having an authority.

When I compare, every positive is not that much important to me because I am not a person aiming to have those, I know my co-workers are aiming for that position and most of them are really insecure why I am next in line. But my decision is final, i didn't do my best to be the official authority of that position. I know a schoolmates before who is currently handling that position in other school and I contacted him to offer the position without the knowledge of my other colleagues, and after the process, it was July 25, 2008 when he proclaim as my new boss, and of course I give my authority to him, and nobody knows that everything is under my plan only to give up the current position. That case almost repeated even last month, and I will stick on my decision since last 2 years that I would choose to be simple, rather than to have a position that might give me better opportunities but some might be sacrificed.

At this moment in time, I am thinking about another decision to make. Either I would stay the same or accept the new one. This also already happen to me last 2008, but it is different from above. My family know everything about it and they don't influence me on what to do. I know I am already old to make decision and I can stand on my own feet, but this one gives me a hard times especially today. I received a text message again, asking me to report and bring my credentials for evaluation. I know that there is a very big possibility of my entrance, but this needs a big adjustment. If i choose this one, I will be having a very easy job, but it can be boring because I will give up a lot of things. I didn't exaggerated things but I just asked myself some questions. Am I happy to have it? And my answer is "No". I know the other side might be upset because they might be expecting at me, but I want myself to stay on where I am. So my decision is final, past is past, my past dream is not already applicable today.

I know it is my dream to be part of the other side, but 4 years in this place gives me a very good memories like my name and the people around me and it is my link of knowing everybody around me. I didn't dream being here but as time goes by I feel like I am home, And the other side is a dream that already fade away. Specially, I meet my only one in my current location. But if when the time comes that I would be terminated for whatever reason, that would be the time that I would give up and transfer to my old home which i dream before.

Sorry for inconvenience and hope everybody would respect me for my decision as It took me hard times to decide and as always, my decision is final. For those reading this blog, and might picked up some confidential information, thanks for your understanding on handling it properly.

Multimedia Systems and Application Softwares

Multimedia is a set of media with different content forms. There are 5 different content forms of Multimedia. Text, Still Images, Animation, Audio, Video.

In this semester, if you are a Senior student of Information Technology, you might tackle different multimedia related course. It is one of the major of Information Technology under software. Multimedia major is for students who have deeper creativity that can produce a creative output for entertainment. If you are interested in learning multimedia, you must know different software and types and content forms of multimedia.

Text - It is a combination of alpha-numeric, numeric and special characters that add language to the multimedia. We can use Adobe InDesign to manipulate text and for desktop publishing such as magazine creation and other publication.

Still Images - A photography which is not moving, which might be taken by a camera that gives a visual representation. We can use Adobe Photoshop to edit images or create still images. The combination of Still Images can possibly include text.

Animation - It is a rapid display of a 2D or 3D picture combination that gives a moving pictures either it is real or created visually. We can use Adobe Flash to create animation and simulate still images. The combination of Animation can possibly include text and still images.

Audio - It is the audible part of the transmitted signal, where it is a wave that can be hear by our ear. We can use Adobe Audition to record sound, on the other side, Audio is the most complicated part of multimedia since it is independent and cannot be included in any content forms of multimedia. It is very impossible to add text in audio, that is why there are no possible combination for audio. Complication includes creation of independent sound from VST instruments and editing of a new sound wave from scratch.

Video - It is a visible part of multimedia, that provides copy of the moving visual images of real capture. It is the largest content form of multimedia. We can use Adobe Premier to edit video and create video effects. We can include text, audio, still images and animation.

Multimedia Systems is one of the 6 major of Information Technology, this is advised to those who have great creativity and thinking. Best multimedia output cannot be attained by just knowing how to operate programs such as mentioned above, but the most important is how your creativity, innovation and thinking will apply.

Despite I have a weak grammar, I will still share this important information I know. Many claims that they know the Truth and you might believe on them, but have you ever try to prove it if it is real truth? There are around 43,000 Religion around the world and 37,000 claims to be the true Christian. You might have your own religion and it maybe hard for you to accept the truth once it is proven. But if your main goal is to please God, it is vital that you should know what he requires you.

What is Public Domain?

Public domain is not about the world wide web domain names. The meaning derive from the Law of Intellectual properties. Works can be called as public domain if they are not covered with intellectual property claims and rights, this means that the property has no owner. This can be possible due to expiration, forfeited or unclaimed.

This also refer to ideas and works which is publicly available. The best example of a public domain is the English Language, where it is available to all, and nobody owns the language. When a copyright, patents and trademarks are registered, they are not under the public domain, they are private property where these properties are covered by moral laws. Example in music, an artist recorded a song, that song is a property of the artist and not other people, unless the artist failed to claim or voluntary give the rights of the song to the public. In the same case, revival of a private property song needs courtesy, but public domain songs can be revive by anybody.

Origin of Mother’s Day And Father’s Day

Father's Day is a celebration to complement Mother's Day in celebrating fatherhood and male parenting. It is celebrated on the 3rd Sunday of June and may vary in different countries. It is usually celebrated typically involve dinners with father and some family activities. The first celebration was believed last June 19, 1910 in Washington.

Since there is Mother's Day, there is also Father's Day, and the origin of Father's Day was to give a partner with the Mother's Day Celebration. Now let us consider the origin of Mother's Day.

It is came from the custom and tradition of Mother Worship in Ancient Greece which give glory to Cybele, a great mother of Greek Gods, and it is observed around the Vernal Equinox. It is also similar with Ancient Roman called Matronalia that gives dedication to Juno. This tradition also adopted by several religious denominations including Anglicans, and in the Roman Catholic calendar it is known as Laetare Sunday, the fourth Sunday in Lent to give honor to Virgin Mary, as they call it as the "Mother of God" (not a biblical teaching). Mother's Day is celebrated in the Second Sunday of May of every year and also vary in many countries.

There are several kind of day celebration such as Teacher's Day. But instead of celebrating the father's day or mother's day for an specific day in a year, why not show love to your father or mother everyday or go out with them not just in a single special day, but any day of the year? This will give you more stronger relationship and love to them.

Do origins really matter? I am not promoting the RMV brand, RMV is my initials. It takes me a time to realize that RMV would be not just my initial but also the initial someone very special for the next few years.

What If NTLDR is Missing?

NTLDR is stands for Netloader, it is vital for Windows to start. The lost of netloader is commonly cause by corrupt NTLDR or NTDETECT.com file due to improper shut down. Dont Reformat, Just insert the Windows bootable CD into the computer and press "R" key for repair. Once you are already in the command prompt, just copy both ntldr and netdetect.com to drive c: as it follows: "copy e:\i386\ntldr c:\" and "copy e:\i386\ntdetect.com c:\". And there you go, your computer is now up and running without reformatting.

My Loneliness

Almost too many loneliess I encounter in my life, but this is natural and everybody feels the same when problems arise. For almost few weeks, I am lonely and emotional, and its my personality that I am shy and afraid to express what makes me lonely, and I always find escape and look for fun to ease what I feel. But I always want to be alone if I want to cry. Everybody thinks I am brave and smart and I don't like to let them know that I am lonely. But I know that this blog would help me to end up my loneliness as I leave them here with smile.

There's a lot of things why I am lonely. When I was in bicol, i realize that It is hard to have no communication from your love ones. I am thinking about my father what would happen after his operation and I am not just talking about my family, but also to someone I am planning to spend my whole life. Sometimes I walk all alone without telling people around me just to look for a cellular signal. When I got my signal, I received a lot of text messages, but no text from her, it might be because of expired text message. I just don't know why I am so much overreacting to myself, but I cannot tell her that I am when we talk, I am just happy just hearing her voice and nothing need to explain. I trust her so much, but the feeling is just different when I cannot talk to her, and I know she feel the same way too during I was too far from her.

For the past months, my father was diagnosed and advised to be operated, my family is not that rich to cover the expense of operation and medical. I am always thinking where to get financial support to cover those expenses. Money is not the primary problem, there is always a way to get it. But the time knowing my father will go operation, it sounds different to me. Because it is my first time to have a family member in the first degree to be operated. There's a lot of days that you would feel sad just because of thinking what will happen. I plan to just to continue with my daily routines and habits and just forget the financial problem and the operation itself. But you cannot avoid specially when it is one of your family member who is sick. There is a time that I am just silent and think what would happen. I cannot hide that I am lonely, because I look like a mad man to myself and never talk, but I want to smile and leave the loneliness alone.

Last few days, it is a day before my father will go operation. My only one told me that there might be a possibility that she cannot go home on December. I am thinking about a lot of negative things that she might not want to get marry because of some rumors about it. My mind is mixed, I am thinking about my father's operation and I am also thinking about waiting for too long. I even remember Cathy, a lady told me that we would be okay when December comes, but suddenly she changed her mind in the same month of December! while I was waiting for it. I know it wouldn't happen like Cathy, but i am still lonely because one of my family members will undergo operation on the next day and the news came in wrong time.

And lastly, I am thinking about my career. I think this is a little confidential. But this is just what I want and this would be good for me. This case is manageable. I hope people would respect me on declining some decisions and positions for many times that they want to happen that may lead to using my own time and manipulating my own body. By staying simple, I can have a lot of time to spend in other important and better things. I want to act and be natural that I want to decline, that's why I am proving that I am not qualified, even I know that I am.

Everything is mixed, I talk to my love and she told me that this is natural, I know it is natural to feel this way. And I want to write this blogpost to end up my loneliness and continue to the next level of my life. Remember that always find the answer to your loneliness. My past life gives me a lot of lessons, from broken hearts to rejections and here it comes maturity and problem solved. But those experience makes me stronger and it is natural that you will feel sad from time to time when problems arise. This is life, while we are living in this imperfect life, you will still experience this. But kill the loneliness, relax and enjoy the day tomorrow without it. Also don't forget those friends to help them in times they are lonely, this will help you to fight loneliness as you enjoy helping them to fight loneliness too.

Our Whole Association Of Brothers

It is a day that my father will undergone Operation. Our Family was never alone all the time, from the time we entered the hospital in the morning, brothers and sisters are always there for us. Around 2 o clock in the afternoon, my father entered the Operating Room. I am with my mother outside the operating room, a few brother and sisters are with my mom. When the operation is over, i visited my father in recovery and plan to go to Room 111 to have a rest. I never felt alone since I am also having an Online Conversation in my laptop and friends from Dagupan Bloggers also visited me. One of my student, also a brother visited us and I can observe that he can easily get along with other brothers and sisters. As I entered Room 111, Raymund, Norman and I don't have anymore space to sit, because we have a lot of visitors. It is like a little reunion, when others leave, that's the time we can sit down. Business Bloggers also send text messages and Dexter personally visited us in the hospital. Despite of worrying on my father's condition, the brothers and sisters are there to comfort us, there presence is very big help for my family, that is why I love this whole association of brothers, whenever I go even in the distant part of the earth, I can feel the Christian love and unity despite of races and color. Seeing Kingdom Halls while I am touring in Vigan and Naga for the last few weeks makes my heart rejoice as knowing that these Christian are just here in case I am having trouble. I know that I can approach them even they don't know me because we have one faith and one God.

"ALL you are brothers" - so Jesus said of his true followers. (Matthew 23:8) You may wonder, though 'Is there really such a thing as genuine brotherhood in today's cynical and hate-filled world?'  Jehovah's Witnesses around the world are "Witnessing Shoulder to Shoulder" We teach people and have an extraordinary determination in doing the preaching work. We teach people and do volunteer work to help others as we show love and care to them that God's Kingdom is the only hope for humankind. We want other non-Christian to know the truth about what does the bible really teach and this is the greatest help that we can offer that it is not comparable to any material gift and things in this world, because preaching is a life-saving work. If anyone is interested, I would love to have time and dedicate my whole time and arrangement for whatever reason. We also "Help Out in Times of Distress", at this moment in time we are the one who is in need and our brothers and sisters are always there for us. In some cases where brothers might having problems, we visited them and give comfort to those in need, it is also possible to help financially in other cases. And Lastly, We "Worship Together in Unity", we value Christian meetings, we study same topic anywhere in the world and it is given in proper time. The belief is only based in the bible (100 percent) and not in any worldly activities and tradition or false teaching, we study the same article in all congregation around the world, and we speak one Word. If we are facing problems, some can be easily solve by just simply reading. In my case, a lot of problems when i am still (too) young are solved by the book "Young People Ask" and this also help me to give advices for those who are having trouble same with my previous situation. As we worship in unity, this will help us to keep our "love for the whole association of brothers" burning brightly in this Loveless world.

My Friends In Hard Times

When I take my vacation for almost 2 weeks, I wasn't in my home town. On the last day of my vacation, I visited my brother for the purpose that I just want to have a good time or have something to eat. That time, I watch the video again on "How Can I Make Real Friends". I remember and miss my friends left in my town and the hardships and care to me during the hard times.

It maybe easy to have someone to be with or you can call easily have new company or "barkadas", true friends is far more different from your "barkadas" or people be with you just to hang out or just for company. Your true friends never let you down, but builds you up. You might have drinking sessions with them, but they don't promote wrong doings such as alcoholism or abusive use of alcohol, doing drugs, telling sex stories, and dirty jokes. Rather, they help you to maintain your conscience clean and never push you to do something immoral. They help you to builds your personality and being with them improves your knowledge and maturity. They may be very rare because finding real friends can only be found in those who are friends with God. I also enjoy that everywhere wherever I go, I found real friends specially when visiting fellow Christian.

On the other hand, you may find friends in different places who possess good personality. As there true friends, encourage them to be closer to God just your true friends do to you. Time will come, they will realize that friendship to a friend of God is the only way on "How Can I Make Real Friends" that every "Young People Ask".

What is BS Information Technology?

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology is a degree course approved to offer by the Higher Education Commission in every country. This course has the similar design to BS Information System, BS Software Engineering and BS Computer Science. It is design to complete approximately 200 credit units.

Information Technology falls in different major, it doesn't mean that if you are an IT graduate, you already know everything about Computing. IT is not just about Computer, but it is how to use Technology primarily the use of Computer as a major tool in Information in Data format. There are 2 major fields in Information technology, it is Hardware and Software. Where Hardware focus on the physical part of tangible technology hardware, and Software focus on programs use to run on Hardware.

In Software, you might select one of the following major:

1. Web Application Development - focus on the study of World Wide Web, the ins and outs of Web, where "ins" are software engineering of web designs. And "outs" are about the user interface of the web.
2. Multimedia Technologies - this is study about the 5 major multimedia components such as Text, Audio, Video, Animation and Images. Graphical Presentations and Cinematography included in Multimedia Technologies.
3. Software Engineering and Design - the creation of programs such as Application Software and System Software is very important in Information technology, where Software Engineer analyze a system and create a software to make manual method converted to systematic computerized method.

BSIT
In Hardware, you might select one of the following major:

1. Robotics - The design of Robots to use as a human helper. It is includes mechanical designs such as printers, hardware devices that needs to perform mechanical operations.
2. Network Administration - This study about the Local and Wide Area Networking that helps the transmission of Data and Communication of Information. This also includes the maintenance and repair of hardware computers and network devices.
3. Electronics and Communication - This might be one of the biggest major in IT, where some takes are separate course, study about the telecommunication with the help of technology.

BSIT

When enrolling your IT course, you must choose your major when you are in 2nd year degree, because you cannot select multiple majors. You cannot be expert in Multimedia at the same time you are a programmer. Where Multimedia experts needs only small information in Programming and Web Application. It is also the same with other major, such as Software Engineering, you just need a little information or expertise in Multimedia and Web Application.

In selecting major, you must take note on what interest you a lot, you need to find yourself what will be your future career and the job that you want to do for the rest of your life.

I hope I can finished my BSIT course in the future, and I would take Multimedia Technologies as my major, focusing in Audio. It is the most rare chosen major in IT because there are not much jobs available, but this is what i enjoy and this is what i want to be expert with.

What School and College Course Should I Take?

High School graduates are facing question on what school and college course should they take. The first step is you need to know what interest you a lot, if you want to teach people, you could choose BS Elementary or  Secondary Education. If you want to teach college students, you may choose what major you want to teach. For example, you want to teach Marketing, you may choose BS Business Administration major in Marketing and you may enroll a units of Professional Education.

Choosing a course must be your personal decision, it must not be because your parents want you to take that course, sometimes the influence of parents may destroy your personal career path and interest that may leads to unsuccessful career. But there is always an exemption. Another one, your course must not be affected on what is currently in demand or popular, for example, nursing is one of the top paying jobs, so will you enroll nursing? Choosing a course doesn't mean it is just your investment for your future, it is also a part of your life and who you are. If you choose a course that might influence you because of money, you may not be successful that may lead to non-interest of profession. So choose your course according to your interest, if you are confuse about what to take, try listing all down the courses around and eliminate those you really don't have interest to, in this way you will find the right decision on selecting it.

What about Schools? There are classification of schools according to the commissions. High Class or Class A and B are those high performing schools with quality educational system, and Low Class or Class C and D are those low performing schools with improving educational system. Should you go for Class A or B? The decision depends on you, but when considering schools, even you may not check the track record and history of it, the most important is they guide students because learning depends on students and not just on school. School guides you to learn, teachers motivates you to study, but only you can answer if you want to study or not. A low performing school might can't do that, choose a school that balance on teaching student and not just for profit. Choosing a school might be the same as choosing a partner in business, choose the one who can give build you up and a helping hand for your study needs.

Christian Shows Genuine Love To Share The Good News

Because true Christian based there teachings in bible and following closely what is written on it, true Christian are also Ministers of good news, they preach God’s Kingdom as man’s only hope instead of promoting the human ruler-ship or government of human. As written in Daniel 2:44 that heavenly Kingdom “will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms (or existing government), and it itself will stand to times indefinite.” This also proves that Christian must abstain from any political participation.

Christian are doing voluntary work to help people, they don't just give material things for temporary time but they teach people and do volunteer work for people to know God's Word that may lead to everlasting life. Helping people needs real sacrifices and Christian are not doing these just because they need to impress people around them. Christian are not doing attracting marketing strategy for them to be recognized, just showing love to one another and showing care to those who don't know the truth shows the real love to everybody not only to fellow Christian, that is why personality of a Christian is very important.

I would like to thank this day for giving me more stronger faith, this summer really gives me a lot of things to learn and experience. As a "minister" (yes i am because a Christian must be a minister, and i am proud of it) I will more have time to continue preach the good news and show care to those who don't know the truth. In my experience, I pity them, because there's a lot of good people or my friends who are doing good things for nothing that don't know what the bible really teach. I hope God will guide me and give me more strength to share the good news of the kingdom.

There are ministers who work more than I am, and I give full support to them because they work and give there full time to make good news known to all, they are living in the House of God called "Bethel", thank you very much, also to my brother even i always give a hard time.

Orient Pearl – A Philippine Band

Last 1994, Philippine rock band named Orient Pearl evolved. The band is fronted up by its vocalist Naldy Padilla, it features a line up of lead guitar, keyboard, bass and drums. The first album was released on the Tone Del label of independent Ivory Records.

Last 1995, Orient Pearl became one of the Philippines' most recognizable bands, and one of the most popular band in the Philippines which gained much airplay on radio station nationwide. Two of the most popular songs on the first album was "Pagsubok" (Trials) and "Kasalanan" (Sin). The songs inpire every human to be strong in the song "Pagsubok" while the other one is asking for another chance.

No Secret Is Safe

Everybody has its own secret, your best friend might not know but yourself knows it and every detail is just recorded in your brain. Some says that "no secret is hidden" and there is always a place for leakage, this proves true as you tell story to your trusted once in times of temporary and boastfulness.

Maybe you have an idea about it, and you are just currently thinking about your current secret. Yes, your cousin might invite you for drinks of liquor and you might tell him your secret without knowing. Even your cousin might not tell your secret to others, your secret is still revealed and your secret is already not a secret because not only you knows it. So what would be the best thing to do? You must keep a secret-free life by being a good person, it doesn't mean that you should not keep any secret, just avoid bad secrets.
