Human Resource Supervisor might prefer experienced workers than a Cum Laude Holder graduate. Your goal is to get a job and maintain a job not to become fame to your colleagues, remember that you are just starting and some are retiring.
All we can advise to all fresh graduate is you must not be choosy with your first job, maintain humble and good personality, always prepare for challenges that may arise, remember that you are doing this for your family or future family, and lastly which is the most, you must have good faith and balanced with spiritual education.
